[Monday Motivation] Going for it! in 5 Easy Steps
...this week what works and what doesn't
In 2008 I recognised the stigma attached with a brand new week, often Mondays were met with dread, a feeling of overwhelm and a sense of being stuck.
Not the best way to set yourself up for the day, let alone the week!
So I found ways to send motivational messages around the office to lift people up. In 2010 when I started my business, I was really keen to keep this up as a service to those who wanted it.
Today's Monday Motivation uncovers 5 easy, "Go for it" steps
What better time to boost motivation than on Monday's and if the message resonates well with you, or you feel it's for someone you know, please share it with your colleagues, friends, employees or family, in fact anyone who looks like they could use a smile.
Today feels like a special day to be motivated.
A) It's Monday, it's a new day
B) It's the start of a new week
C) It's The first day of a new month
