Recognising the stigma attached with a brand new week, often Mondays are met with dread, a feeling of overwhelm and a sense of being stuck.
Not the best way to set yourself up for the day, let alone the week!
So in 2008, I found ways to send motivational messages around the office to lift people up. In 2010 when I started my business, I was really keen to keep this up as a service to those who wanted it.
